Washington Butler of Puyallup Washington, was always interested in the arts. She performed at high school theatre and in community theater. After that, she relocated into Los Angeles and studied theatre at the University of Southern California. For one year and a half, she played Belle the princess of Beauty and the Beast. She dropped out of college determined to find a talent agent and began casting for roles in TV and film. Butler was a guest on the TV show CSI: Miami and CSI: NY.She was cast in the feature film A Couple of White Chicks at the Hair Dresser as well as the 2008 Syfy TV film of horror Flu Bird Horror. The year before, she was a character in Don Stark's webseries Luke 11-17. Butler had a role on I Love Vampires and a frequent appearance on Luke 11:17. Though initially turned off by the nudity of the film and its violence, the film's powerful female character and strong storyline convinced her to perform the role. Butler starred in Jennifer Hills as a writer who was brutally assaulted by a gang in a cabin traveling. The film was directed by Steven R. Monroe the film premiered on October 8th of 2010. In November 2011, Butler along with Estella Warren began shooting the thriller based on psychological research The Stranger Within in Mallorca, Spain. The film was also set to shoot at Copenhagen Denmark and New York City.She became part of the film, an independent one Treachery featuring Michael Biehn which began filming in Los Angeles in June 2012. Butler was featured in The Demented (2013), produced by Michael Welch with Kayla and Michael Welch.
